Wedding FAQ

Q: Can we come over and look at the center?
A: YES! Please make an appointment with our administrative assistant by calling 513.961.2527.

Q: How much does it cost to use your center for our wedding?
A:The cost will vary depending on location (the Sanctuary, our Chapel or using our minister at an offsite location) and what services you need.

Q: What does your full package of services include?
A: The use of the Sanctuary or Chapel, a licensed minister, an organist, a wedding coordinator, an administrator, and custodial services after your ceremony.

Q: Can we bring in our own minister?
A: Yes. Due to legalities, we also have to provide you with one of our own licensed ministers for your ceremony. Our minister will be the "Host Minister" and either minister's level of involvement is totally up to you.

Q: How do we go about holding a date?
A: We will need a deposit of $100.00. This money goes toward your total payment. The remainder of your cost will be due two weeks prior to your wedding.

Q: How big is your center?
A: Our Sanctuary holds 650. (This includes our balcony seating). Our Chapel holds an intimate group of 30.

Q: Can we decorate?
A: YES! We ask that you do not staple, nail or glue anything on to our fixtures. Foam clamps, tying on and rubber banding items work best.

Q: Do you provide the Unity candle?
A: We provide the Unity candle for you. We also have beautiful wrought iron candelabras you can use for your ceremony. Each one holds 7 taper candles. You will be responsible for providing the tapers.

Q: Do you provide an area for the wedding party to change?
A: Yes. We have 2 large classrooms downstairs. Classroom B has a full length three-sided foldable mirror.

Q: Can we videotape the ceremony?
A: Yes- the side aisles or the balcony work well for the videographer.

Q: Can we use flash photography during the ceremony?
A: We prefer you use the flash before and after the ceremony. Most photographers today have the ability to take photographs without the flash.

Q: Where can we hold our receiving line?
A: The bride will line up at the end of the pews, groom and parents next to her. The wedding party will stand in the foyer.
