Childcare Available

Child care is now available for all evening classes. You must pre-register your child to participate. Stop by the Happenings table after Service or call the Center at (513) 961-2527 for info or to register.

Updated Class Pre-Registration Form

Look for the new blue Class Pre-Registration form and literally check off the class (or classes!) you would like to take.  Complete the form on the backside along with your payment information and return it to the Happenings Table on Sunday or to the receptionist during the week.  Pre-registration ends the Sunday before the event.  Childcare is also available for designated classes as listed on the form.  Sign up now!

Mondays

The Art of Meditation, by Joel Goldsmith
October 6 thru November 10, 6:30 - 8:00 pm
Meditation is a tool for bringing head knowledge to heart knowledge. In this class you will begin to experience the effects of Contemplative Meditation. Meditation makes the principles, living words. It is way to tap into the limitless fountain of Pure Knowledge that resides in each and every one of us. If you are feeling stuck in your growth, this is the class for you. If you want to deepen your experience with God, this is the class for you.

Yoga Movement and Meditation Class with Diana Guy
Weekly, 7:00 - 8:30 pm

Tuesday Morning Book Discussion
Weekly, 10:30 am - Noon

A lively discussion open to anyone striving for a higher consciousness. The current book: Ernest Holmes' This Thing Called You.

A Course in Miracles
Weekly, 6:15 - 7:45 pm
The purpose of this class is to effectively apply Course principles as agents of personal inner healing. The solutions are simple and practical; combining wisdom, logic, beauty and compassion for ourselves and those with whom we share life’s journey. Open to everyone.

Spiritual Cinema on First Fridays (usually!) of each month
7:00 pm in Friendship Hall
Spiritual Cinema is the first Friday of each month, with occasional exceptions for holidays/scheduling conflicts. Check back for our December movie.

Reiki—Hands on Healing
2nd Friday of every month, 7:00 to 8:30 pm
Reiki is a HANDS ON,  Spiritual energy healing technique. No manipulations are involved. By using “ki”energy (universal life force energy) from practitioner to participant, people are healed and balanced on a physical, spiritual, mental and/or emotional level. Reiki is an awesome experience of love, relaxation and healing. Join Reiki masters and students to enhance your life on all levels. Everyone is welcome.

Men’s Discussion Group
Second Saturday of each month, 8:45 - 11:00 am

Healing Touch
Second Saturday of each month, 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
This energy work promotes health, healing, and well being. You can receive its benefits, or if you are a practitioner, administer the Healing Touch Technique. Bring a blanket and pillow.

Sundays

Fall Writing Circle
The 2nd and 4th Sundays from Sept. 14 thru Nov. 23, 2:00 - 3:30 pm
The writing process aims to let the writer discover her/his voice in a non-judgmental environment.  There are prompts to stimulate ideas, as well as the suggestion to write about what interest the writer.  Time is spent writing and sharing.  Sharing is always optional.  Since each circle stands on its own, it is not an ongoing workshop presentation. A person can attend all six or just once.
